People v. Babaali: Client, a doctor, was convicted of felony sexual battery because he performed an allegedly unauthorized breast exam on a female employee. The statute, however, did not fit the crime, and Steve Levine filed a 27-page motion for acquittal. The trial court agreed and the felony convictions were dismissed.
